If a product does not meet your organizational needs or aesthetic expectations, our Return and Refund Policy outlines a smooth, transparent process to make things right.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return request.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a successful return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and free of any signs of wear, ink marks, or surface scratches.

  • Packaging: It must be enclosed in its original packaging, including all inner protective wrappings, tags, inserts, and accessories.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt or order confirmation email associated with the purchase on yzsi06-aa.myshopify.com.

How to Start a Return

  1. Initiate Contact: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Return Request - [Your Order Number]".

  2. Provide Details: Please briefly explain the reason for the return and attach photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.

  3. Receive Authorization: Once our customer support representative, Sara Tyree, reviews and approves your request, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

  4. Ship Item: Send the item back to our designated returns address:

Note: Items sent back to us without prior written return authorization will not be accepted or processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Voluntary Returns (Change of Mind / No Longer Needed): If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or selected the wrong size/style, you will be responsible for covering the actual return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your pen holder, desk organizer, or file folders arrive damaged, broken, or if we sent the wrong item, please notify us immediately upon delivery. In these cases, Influence Board Inc. will cover all return shipping fees or issue a replacement at no extra charge.

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Inspection: Once your return is received at our Spout Spring facility, our quality control team will inspect the item. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Method: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment.

  • Timing: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credit to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
