Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your package has been handed over to the carrier.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your package's movement in real-time. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Influence Board Inc. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, re-shipping fees may apply.
